Unlike traditional banks and fund management houses, we do not buy AUM by hiring RMs. We mentor and train Assistant RMs (ARMs) to be good RMs to our clients, not as a product salesperson. We support work-life balance, for motivated individuals who want to continue their career in the Wealth Management industry and be mentored by seasoned and well-regarded banking/investment founders of the company. **Job Scope includes**: **Client Servicing and Account Management** - Help maintain and further develop existing clients designated under your care - Practice, deliver & upkeep top quality KYC & Investment Profiling on all clients and to ensure records are kept and updated frequently and as timely as possible - Ensure proper communications and satisfactory provision of service to clients - Assist in the development of client management strategies to assist in the alignment of business service provision to client needs and expectations - Participate in the account meetings/reviews with clients (on and offshore); Prepare all materials (including valuation reports etc) needed for such meetings - Oversee the efficient execution of client orders, trouble shooting, damage control & liaison with the platform banks and proper adherence to all relevant compliance requirements **Ideal Profile** **Requirements**: - Required language(s): English, Chinese (Written and oral Mandarin required while Cantonese would be an asset). - At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a bank or fund management company, preferably in the upper middle position in operations department or as an Assistant or Junior Relationship Manager in Private/Personal banking. We also accept mid-career change bankers, who may come from different banking background or even non-directly relevant industry, but have a great client servicing capability and relationship building skill. - Required Skill(s): Investment Transaction Settlement, Client Servicing/Relationship management, On-boarding/KYC of clients, Financial Analysis, Investment Portfolio Construction experience. - Ability to adapt and work in boutique sized company, be entrepreneurial in approach to all tasks - Strong organizational skills and excellent time management - Prepared to be empowered to work independently but with a team perspective and ready to fall back into being a "team player" - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Dedicated, takes pride in top quality work, curious and eager to learn - Able to accept critical feedback, learn from mistakes with a positive attitude, not take things personally - Good written and communication skills - Knowledge of visual analytics such as Tableau a plus
