To support their growth, they are looking for a motivated and seasoned Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and expand key accounts across diverse industries.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new sales leads for corporate training and consultancy services.
- Drive end-to-end account planning, including research, documentation, and internal coordination, to develop actionable client strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to sustain and grow revenue.
- Oversee training and consultancy project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction by managing delivery teams and escalating issues when needed.

**Key Requirements**
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields; experience in HR, L&D, Quality Management, or Organisational Development is a plus.
- Proven sales/business development experience in professional services within APAC, with a strong track record in revenue growth.
- Strong presentation and communication skills; tech-savvy and confident in virtual client engagement.
- Self-driven, results-focused, and collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
