**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a tea lady who is responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organized environment within the office. This includes routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, managing the disposal of waste, replenishing supplies, and ensuring high-touch surfaces are regularly disinfected. The tea lady may also be tasked with maintaining common areas to ensure a presentable and professional atmosphere. The role is vital in creating a clean, comfortable, and hygienic environment for employees and visitors, which in turn promotes productivity and well-being in the workplace.

**What you will be responsible for**:

- Serving Tea and Beverages: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to staff or visitors.
- Dusting and Wiping Surfaces: Workstation and common areas.
- Cleaning Appliances: Wipe down microwaves, fridges, tea/coffee stations, cups, utensils and coffee machines to remove food spills and stains.
- Organizing Common Areas: Straighten up the reception area, conference rooms to ensure they are presentable.
- Sanitizing Common Touchpoints: Clean and disinfect high-touch areas like door handles, light switches, telephones, keyboards to reduce the spread of germs and bacteria.
- Pantry Supplies: Manage and replenishing supplies and ensure that tea and coffee areas are always stocked with necessary supplies.
- Dispose of Trash: Empty the trash bin and recycle any paper or items that are no longer needed.
