This role supports day-to-day operations by managing reception duties, assisting visitors, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Key Responsibilities: Reception & Administrative Duties Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; handle basic inquiries. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries. Support simple administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and supplies replenishment. Facilities & Cleaning Duties Perform routine cleaning for all three Singapore offices - vacuuming, washing of dishes, maintaining office plants, and wiping and sanitizing surface areas including tables, countertops, glass doors, common touchpoints. Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the office at the start and end of each day. Assist with basic setup for events or internal activities when required. Qualifications: Experience in reception, housekeeping, or facilities support is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach. Able to multitask and manage time effectively. Physically able to perform cleaning duties and light lifting. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Basic proficiency with email, calendars, and office software.
