**What's the role?**:
We’re looking for a leader to Develop BIM design value competence (training package) and train local BIM engineers on how to deliver charged value engineering services on BIM projects.

**What does the role involve?**:
Project acquisition - On request of the BIM Project Manager assess availability of required information, the scope and required time to perform engineering services, Support the BIM Project Manager in quoting for the project

Project Execution - Based on the customer requirements coach on how to create the technical framework that serves as the BIM Design guideline for the BIM Modeler (in/external), prepare general BIM Eng. design guidelines & templates.
In collaboration with the BIM Project Manager organize joint engineering meetings with all parties involved to coordinate an optimal MEP fastening and firestop solution
Serve as Hilti’s technical conscience on all projects where you are involved

Teamwork and development - Establish excellent working relationships with fellow members of the BIM Competence Center and functional counterparts in regions
Actively provide input and serve as a sparring partner for colleagues tasked with further developing our BIM engineering services and software
Train local Lead Engineers on the project, act as role competency back bone for relevant HUB/Market

**What you need is**:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Civil, or Structural Engineering (preferably steel design)
- 6 years of experience, with at least 2 years Fire & Protection experience
- A high level of knowledge of the design and construction process is a must
