Junior Accounts Receivable

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:
**Invoicing and Billing**
- Assist in generating and issuing invoices to customers promptly and accurately.
- Ensure billing information is correct and complies with company policies and regulations.
**Bank Reconciliation**
- Assist in performing regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- **Identify and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and internal records.**
**Accounts Receivable Management**
- Monitor and update accounts receivable records.
- Support the follow-up on overdue accounts and assist in collection activities.
**Receivables Follow-Up and Monitoring**
- Track outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of accounts receivable activities.
- Assist in preparing regular AR reports, including aging analysis.
**Customer Relations**
- Address customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments professionally.
- Assist in resolving billing issues and discrepancies.
**Internal Coordination**
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Work with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing processes.
**Human Resource Support**
- Assist in posting job ads on various job boards and company websites.
**Qualification Requirements**:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Some experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting role is a plus, but not required.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and AR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in and some understanding of HR processes is an advantage.
