Timely collection of payments
- Follow up on invoice disputes and queries and ensure prompt resolution
- Provide regular updates on customers' accounts
- Prepare Statement of Accounts for customers and reports to agents
- Generate collections forecast reports
- Prepare management reports related to accounts receivables
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including billing and sales teams, customers, and agents, to address account-related issues
- Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Implement and maintain credit control policies and procedures
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or outstanding issues related to accounts receivables
- Perform periodic analysis of accounts receivables to identify trends and potential risks
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit processes related to accounts receivables
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to accounts receivables management
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members, as needed
- Being able to communicate in Chinese fluently, majority of our clients are Chinese speaking.
