**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- To assist Fire Safety Manager in the implementation of protocols as per Emergency Response Procedure (ERP) to be in line and compliance with Singapore Fire Code requirements.
- To assist Fire Safety Manager in conducting relevant drills as per frequency stipulated by SCDF.
- To enforce on compliance of all Fire safety related legislations and Pollution control matters.
- To develop, plan and conduct training relevant to emergency response scenarios to all relevant staff and contractors within PaxOcean.
- To organise and conduct first aid & rescue related training to all HSE and yard staff.
- To lead appointed CERT members in firefighting, rescue and oil pollution control operations.
- To support in the administration and conduct of all other HSE related training i.e., Safety Induction Program for all staff & subcontractors.
- To be in charge of planning, inspecting, replenishing and maintenance of all emergency response equipment within HSE department Store in accordance manufacturers recommendation and/or industry best practices.
- To support and provide first aid treatment to casualties in times of emergency.
- To ensure that all fire fighting, fire suppression and rescue/ first aid equipment are maintained periodically as per manufacturer’s or Industry best practices.
- At least 3-5 years of SCDF Experience on Emergency.
- NITEC or higher NITEC or equivalent and above.
- At least 3-5 years of actual front-line emergency response experience including (but not limited to):
- Firefighting and casualties Rescue,
- Confined Space Rescue,
- Work at Height Rescue
