**Who we are looking for**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an invention harvester trainee. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and innovation, looking to develop a career in intellectual property and invention management. As an invention harvester trainee, you will receive comprehensive training to equip you with the skills necessary to identify, document, and assist in the protection of innovative ideas and inventions.
**Your main job is to help inventors communicate about their inventions. If they cannot explain their ideas well, you will fill in the gaps. And if someone can only draw, you will turn their pictures into clear and detailed explanations. This role needs you to understand different ways people communicate and capture the main idea of inventions, even when it is hard for the inventors to explain.

**Requirements**:
**Technical Aptitude**:

- Basic understanding of engineering principles, technology, and science.

**Detail-Oriented**:

- Ability to focus on detailed aspects of an invention or a technical process.
- Skill in noticing subtle differences in technical documents and drawings.

**Analytical Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking.
- Capacity to analyze and synthesize complex information.
- Able to discern between important and unimportant information.

**Communication Skills**:

- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

**Computer Literacy**:

- Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel.

**Research and Information Gathering**:

- Skill in conducting thorough research and compiling comprehensive reports.
- Ability to use various sources to gather technical information.

**Creativity and Innovation**:

- Interest in staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

**Ethical Conduct and Confidentiality**:

- Understanding of the importance of confidentiality in handling proprietary information.
- Strong sense of integrity and professional ethics.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a technical field is advantageous.
- No prior experience in invention harvesting required; training will be provided. This trainee position is a unique opportunity to enter the exciting world of innovation and intellectual property.
