**Roles & Responsibilities**

Bunge Management Trainee program presents an opportunity to participate first hand in the world economy through immersion in the rapidly evolving markets for agricultural, energy and other commodities. The Program is designed to develop promising young graduates to take on future leadership and organizational critical positions in Bunge. In 12-month, the management trainee will be exposed to the fundamental components of the global agribusiness and food industry through a series of on-the-job training in key departments.

**We are recruiting graduates for the following track**:

- **TRADING AND DISTRIBUTION**

Be part of a team in our integrated value chain to link farmers to global market place where we provide the vital links by sourcing oilseeds and crushing them to produce vegetable oils and protein meals. We also support to grow our customer base and ensure that we are serving our distribution customers competitively. To achieve this, the team are involved in financial, risk management, research, logistics and marketing activities.
- **FREIGHT**

Bunge’s ocean freight team, at the center of our agribusiness value chain, connects products to customers, from origin to destination, by managing dry bulk vessels across our winning footprint and powerful network of assets around the globe.

**Requirements**:

- University degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in English. Ability to speak a foreign language would be an advantage
- Strong interest in the agribusiness and food industry
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess a positive attitude, mature, highly initiative and a keen learning aptitude

- producing bottled oils, mayonnaise, margarines and other food products for consumers;
- crushing sugarcane to make sugar, ethanol and electricity;
- milling wheat and corn for food processors, bakeries, brewers and other commercial customers; and
- selling fertilizer to farmers.
