The Account Manager will be tasked with the job of ensuring that we maintain a strong relationship with the LinkedIn Sr. Regional Wellness Specialist (SRWS) and that high standards are kept with every session we provide and with every level of engagement with every employee, that they are setting and achieving goals consistently, their team is happy, engaged and the business unit is exceeding performance expectations constantly.

- **A salesperson - **This individual will be at the front of the majority of employee consultations, introducing them to Small Group Program (SGP) and the full range of UFIT services and business lines, and getting the wellness leaders and employees to join the programs.
- Possess a Bachelors in Sports Science or BA and 5 years of experience in a corporate wellness/ fitness coaching environment.
- Relevant coaching qualifications in PT and yoga and or pilates would be preferred.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**_Summary: _**
- _Ensure constant focus and attention of your team on setting goals, achieving results, and working with SRW and Wellness Leaders on the launch and implementation of the SGP in Singapore and eventually across LI offices overseas _
- _Implement and ensure an “on brand” experience across the different LinkedIN office with the launch of the SGP _
- _The account manager will work closely with the Linkedin Wellness Leaders and SRWS to ensure continued engagement of the SGP _
- _The account manager will prepare monthly reports (KPIs to be discussed) to the UFIT SMT and SRWS _
- _Ideas, planning and strategy for future SGP sessions and wellness engagements and activations _
- _Responsibility for the smooth operations of LinkedIn contract _
- _Involvement and contribution to the weekly leadership meeting with the SMT _
- Business Development: _
- Act as an information conduit between the Sr. Regional Wellness Specialist (SRWS), instructors, and talent in the offices/country the account manager is responsible for managing
- Managing the budget of all account services
- Assisting SRWS with the promotion of key initiatives and events
- Monthly, and Quarterly reporting analysis
- Weekly social engagement (i.e. fielding queries in local Wellness Teams channel and posting content)
- Assist SRWS to identify, prepare, and run local wellness events for the Singapore team
- Operations: _
- Take the lead on the launch and implementation of SGP
- Lead and manage a team that achieves all forecast goals set for them by the SMT
- Lead and manage the UFIT Health Coach to deliver excellent customer service and other administrative tasks efficiently.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of LinkedIn’s wellness studio/gym and virtual services
- Maintain general cleanliness of the Wellness Studio/Gym - working closely with LinkedIn’s Global Workplace (GWS) team
- Conduct weekly check-ins with the SRWS
- Assist the SRWS with managing the sports leagues and tournaments
- Human Resources: _
- Scheduling all classes, consultations, appointments, sports leagues/tournaments, and special events
- Sourcing, and hiring of certified instructors wherever required(approved by SRWS)
- Setup and training of Instructors (how to use LinkedIn booking systems and processes)
- Management of instructors including external vendors and their availability
- Facility Management: _
- Responsible for music and towels in the Wellness Studio/Gym
- Responsible for updates to the iPad and MacBo
