**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Manages and organizes the E2E fragrance compounding operations to deliver fragrance oils on time as per the service level agreements, the business priorities, the global best practice, the Corporate QHSS&E rules, the good laboratory practice and using the global digital tools. - Ensures stocks of perfumery raw materials, fragrance oils and packaging’s are effectively managed as per the global best practice, using the global digital tools ensuring absence of shortage and control of cost. - Manages a team (>5 ) of creation technicians, inventory and logistics technicians, and automation technicians. - Prioritize, allocate and regulate the workload in a balanced way follow guidance of Head of Creation Hub. - Monitors, reports, and ensures the highest performance with the key performance indicators: automation ratio, punctuality rate, capacity, average performance per creation technician. - Ensures the production and the first level of maintenance of all robots and machines are effectively managed as per the global standards. - Implements global standard operating procedures. - Defines and /or validates local standard operating procedures related to the scope of responsibility. - Delivers the continuous improvement strategy for local E2E fragrance compounding activities with all lean management principles to generate efficiency and increase productivity and capacity. - Participates actively in cross regional task forces related to global laboratory services initiatives. - May be a super user or referent for a specific community of practice. - Ensures all quality control processes are implemented as per the global SOPs and that all samples released are compliant from a quality standpoint. - Manages any quality issue related to fragrance oil, identifies the root causes, and takes all corrective actions to avoid any reoccurrence. - Builds service-oriented relationship with all internals clients (perfumers, FDMs, Fragrance intelligence analysts, commercial team). - Deploys a culture of high health, safety and quality standards, operational excellence, and continuous improvement (lean management). **QUALIFICATIONS**: - Engineering degree with at least a 3-year experience managing team within a lab or a manufacturing environment. **KEY COMPETENCIES**: - Ability to motivate, coach/develop, assess, and organize resources. - Mastering lean management concepts with proven practical experience (lean certification is a plus). - Hands-on approach to run and to improve the production of required samples. - Excellent analytics and critical thinking skills. - Result driven, you are methodical with an eye for detail. **WE BRING** - A rich history and a promising future of bold scientific innovation and enthusiastic creation with our customers - A space to grow by encouraging and supporting curiosity and an open mindset - The opportunity to work for a company where sustainability is much more than a claim and is core to our strategy and purpose
