The Assistant Accountant supports the finance team by managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and assisting with financial reporting.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.

2. Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly reports.

3. Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.

4. Process invoices, payments, and receipts.

5. Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

7. Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.

8. Perform general administrative duties related to accounting.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping

Working Hours: 9:30am to 8pm

Working Days: 5days

Location: Retail outlet
