**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This individual will work closely with the Enterprise Architect, BI Analysts, Application and Data owners, taking ownership of the global data design and modelling activities in establishing robust dictionaries, data integration documentation, migration mapping, master and reference data landscapes within the existing architecture and transformational initiatives.

**Functions and processes include**:

- Data flow governance: Cataloguing of data objects and interfaces
- Master data and reference data modelling
- Data Warehousing and Integration design
- Migration planning and mapping

Modern BI and Analytics architecture design and delivery
- Data flow accountability: Responsible for ensuring data flowing through source systems, ERP, and various platforms.
- Target data architecture design supported by scalable environments, well-defined artefacts, data and interface catalogues, lineages, procedures, and standards collectively enabling seamless end-to-end orchestration and continuous delivery
- Business Analysis/Requirements Capture: Provide guidance during capturing and translating business processes into physical data models, ensuring a scalable and extensible design is adhered
- In conjunction with business and technology transformation activities, define data platform capabilities aligned with current and future business models
- Oversight of data integration design and delivery initiatives including ingesting, transforming, staging, and consuming large amounts of structured and semi-structured data both on-premises and on cloud with knowledge of potential pain points
- Create comprehensive technical documentation for proposed technology solutions and components.
- Drive data environment rationalization to standardize, streamline, and simplify the current landscape
- Act as the focal point for Data Solution Architecture internally and in communication with data owners and BI analysts
- Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments
- Experience and ability to collaborate and handle external Vendors to ensure deliverable of quality and quantitative outcomes for Data Engagements.
