Responsibilities
- Tender Preparation including Site Showround, Briefing to Team, Discussion on Pricing Strategy, Invitation of Vendors and Review.
- Contract Administration (After Award of Contract, Reviewing of offers, negotiation, Preparation of Contracts)
- Work closely with Facilities Manager / Head Ops for current projects including mobilization after award of successful tender.
- Work closely with in-house customer (Innovation & Sustainability Unit, Surbana Technology Pte Ltd, Aetos, Sustainability Resilience Office, etc.)
- Explore and expand Vendors / Strategic Partners List
- Work with team in streamlining process and review existing SOP for Procurement, Tender and Contract processes.

**Requirements**:

- Min. Diploma in Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management or equivalent
- Quantity Surveyor background is preferred.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in the in built environment, particularly in Facilities Management
- Knowledge in maintenance regime and statutory requirement for Hard and Soft Services under Facilities Management scope of work.
- Good knowledge in excel to prepare for pricing submission, good command of English to assist in quality write-up and creative in preparing PowerPoint presentation.
- Able to work in Dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work as a team to accomplish assignment and meet tender submission dateline.
