Admin Assistant - Admin & Coordination for Retail Sales Event Organizer.
As a Retail Sales Event Organizer since 2013, we are looking for experienced & responsible individual to join us as Admin Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative supports for the following:
- Create informative & marketable layout plan.
- Event Booking & Calendar management.
- Event confirmation & follow up.
- Invoice & Payment Management.
- Prepare & coordinate events logistics.
- Other related administrative duties.
Key Requirement:
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience as admin and coordination work.
- O level & above.
- Able to write & converse in English and Mandarin.
- Knowledge of using Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Onenote, Xero.
- Positive learning attitude with strong interpersonal & problem solving skills.
- Good communications and organizational skills.
- A team player who is efficient, resourceful and meticulous.
- Able to multi-task & work independently under a fast paced environment with tight deadlines and minimum supervision.
Remuneration:
- $2.2k - $2.5k
