You will play in role in supporting/leading in driving insights to our clients by running the project from start to finish. This includes tasks like data analysis and report writing and client management. You will be working on projects relating in brand strategy and innovation.

Key Outcomes
- Support research studies from proposal through to analysis and reporting.
- Maintain relationship with key clients on day to day basis, and lead study debriefs
- Work/Lead Associates and Senior Associates to ensure quality and timely delivery, and help train new members to the team.
- Help other team members to ensure projects are set up correctly, ensuring best practices are adhered to and teaching methods to enhance effectiveness and efficiency, while helping them to ensure they understand the key elements of research and methodologies.
- Contribute to the domain strategy by leading a project designed to increase efficiencies, automation and quality of output.

Key Capabilities
- At least 5 years relevant experience in a research/consumer insights space. Experience with creative/media agency will be considered too in a strategy or communications planning role.
- University graduate
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective communicator, presenter and influencer
- Desire to challenge the status quo, able to see better ways of doing things and develop action plans to drive change and achieve strategic goals
- Ability to see the solution, not just the problem
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to understand complex methodological concepts and explain these to others
