Duties and Responsibilities of the staff may include, but not limited to:
1) Procurement
- Submit Approval of Request (AOR) on behalf of the requestor
- Raise catalogue Purchase Order (PO) in SESAMi
- Perform goods receipt for PO invoices in SESAMi
- Submit PO variation reports for purchases exceeding approved PO
- Assist the requestor on procurement compliance matters

2) Payment processing
- Check and request for update of vendors' records before processing invoices
- Code invoices and verify against all supporting documents
- Act as the Concur Processor by verifying general and travel expense claims in Concur

3) Submit Withholding Tax for Non-Residential Professional (NRP)
- Keep track of invoices and reimbursement made to NRP to ensure withholding taxes are reported on time to avoid penalty
- Prepare online e-filing and submission to Office of Finance (OFN)

4) Sales Billing/Accounts Receivable
- Prepare invoices and send invoices to the customers
- Follow-up on any outstanding payments

5) Income Collection System (ICS)
- Perform cashier’s duties by issuing receipts from ICS and batch the receipts for verification
- Reconcile credit card collections to credit card statements
- Submit cash and cheque collections to the Cashier's Office in OFN

6) Journal Workflow
- Raise journals to re-classify expenses to correct WBS, GL and Tax Code

7) Reports
- Prepare quarterly Programme Management costs by Programme, Intake and Segment

8) Other ad-hoc duties as assignedQualifications
- A Diploma in Accounting or Business
- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Team-player
