Dream of turning your love for Korean culture into a career? EU Holidays is offering an exciting opportunity for individuals to join us as Apprentices for our South Korea tours.

Whether you’re passionate about K-pop, Korean street food, or historical palaces — this role offers a hands-on learning experience in the travel industry, with training and travel support included.

While this apprenticeship starts with a strong focus on Korea tours, you will also gain exposure to sales and support for other exciting destinations as part of your development.

**Responsibilities**:

- The role has KPIs, sales targets, and requires shift work and willing to work on weekends & public holidays
- Assist senior tour leaders during guided tours
- Learn essential tour planning, group management, and customer service skills
- Engage travellers with fun and informative storytelling about local attractions
- Support content creation (e.g., photos, short videos, social media highlights)
- Participate in cultural, culinary, and discovery activities with tour guests
- Support sales efforts by promoting upcoming tours — including both Korea and other regional destinations
- Assist with customer enquiries, bookings, and follow-ups

**Requirements**:

- Strong interest in Korean culture, travel, and interacting with people
- Outgoing, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using social media and basic digital tools
- Able to travel overseas for extended periods (for training and tours)
- No prior experience needed — fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome

Pay: $1,200.00 - $3,300.00 per month
