We also serve vulnerable seniors in selected areas in Singapore through Community Case Management Services (CCMS), CREST mental health support, and a sheltered senior group home. In addition, we run a family medicine clinic. Our purpose is to achieve ‘health for life'; enabling healthy and fulfilling years by being a trusted partner of seniors and their families in our community. **Services**:Senior Day Care | Home Care | Nursing Home | Active Ageing and Senior Fitness | Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy | Family Medicine **Community Support**: CCMS (Community Case Management Services) | CREST (Community Resource, Engagement and Support Team) | Henderson Home You will support the finance FP&A team in performing financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting for the corporate functions. Your work will entail supporting the various corporate function heads in provision of financial analysis and forecasting. **You will need to**: - Support month-end close activities by reviewing the corporate function financials for errors before the financial close and performing actual cost allocation. - Analyse monthly results and business drivers, and prepare monthly reports for review with the corporate function heads on their performance. - Updating forecasts for the corporate functions based on feedback from the respective heads. - Assist the corporate function heads in the annual budgeting process. - Handle other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned. **Qualifications**: - 3 to 5 years in Financial Planning and Analysis experience - Minimum Degree in Finance / Accounting from local University or equivalent qualification - Proficiency in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets - Prior experience with Just Perform, SAP, and Power BI is an added advantage - Good verbal and written communication - Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex financial data. - Meticulous with an eye for accuracy, committed, discreet, and a team player - Able to meet tight deadlines and able to work with mínimal supervision **Other Information**: This is in partnership with the Employment and Employability Institute Pte Ltd ("e2i"). e2i is the empowering network for workers and employers seeking employment and employability solutions. e2i serves as a bridge between workers and employers, connecting with workers to offer job security through job-matching, career guidance and skills upgrading services, and partnering employers to address their manpower needs through recruitment, training, and job redesign solutions. e2i is a tripartite initiative of the National Trades Union Congress set up to support nation-wide manpower and skills upgrading initiatives.
