WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....

Responsible for for leading the strategic and transformational Changes/Projects for Corporate Solutions.

The main project being Project LEAP.
- To represent Corporate Solutions business needs to ensure the smooth implementation of a state of the art group insurance system. The aim is for all major process flows from business underwriting, claims, medical underwriting and policy process to be on straight through basis.
- To work closely with Project LEAP project manager on timelines and deliveries, minimizing operational risk to AIA.
- In addition to Project LEAP, to represent the CCSO as a business representative for strategic IT projects. Drive strategic initiatives and transformational changes by working closely with the business users within Corporate Solutions to align system requirement with business needs.
- As part of project delivery to lead the team to ensure that business requirement documentation, functional design documentation and user acceptance testing are done within budget on time.
- To provide monthly update on key projects to Corporate Solutions’ management team and Digital Commitment (when required).
- Responsible for project and system supports expenses and ensure the expenses are within budget. Participate in the yearly budgeting exercise on projects and system enhancement.
- Provide leadership, coaching and training development to team members.
