**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for assisting procurement administrative matters with compliance tracking
- Ensure proper documentation, maintain and update filing system regularly in a detailed and organised manner
- Communicate with Project Manager and contract administrator regarding contractual documentation and insurance
- Assist and facilitate administrative preparation for quarterly meeting
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and contract related duties
- Track authorization and correspondence
- Prepare contract summaries or reports in accordance with company or regulatory requirements

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational skills and the strong ability to maintain detailed records
- Able to work independently with little supervision and strong attention to detail
- Ability to use discretion and keep sensitive financial related information confidential
- Ability to multi task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to exercise initiative and liase with external parties regarding documentation
- Good command of verbal and written communication skills
