**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Strategic Planning: You will be responsible for developing and executing the company's strategic plan, setting clear objectives, and defining a roadmap for achieving our business goals in the smart pet products market. This includes identifying new market opportunities, formulating growth strategies, and ensuring the company remains competitive and innovative.

Vision and Leadership: As the CEO, you will establish and communicate the company's vision, mission, and core values, inspiring employees and stakeholders to align with our shared purpose. You will provide strong leadership, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture that drives employee engagement and promotes excellence.

Product Development and Innovation: You will oversee the development of smart pet products, working closely with the product development team to drive innovation and ensure the delivery of high-quality, technologically advanced products that meet the evolving needs of pet owners. This involves conducting market research, identifying customer preferences, and staying up to date with industry trends.

Market Positioning and Branding: You will lead efforts to establish and enhance the Petaverse brand in the market. This includes developing effective marketing and branding strategies to differentiate our products, create brand awareness, and build a strong customer base. You will also work on cultivating strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand our market reach.

Team Building and Talent Development: You will be responsible for building a strong and motivated team, attracting top talent, and providing guidance and mentorship to develop employees' skills and capabilities. Creating a positive work environment and promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous learning will be essential.

Industry and Regulatory Compliance: You will stay abreast of industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to smart pet products. Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, safety regulations, and ethical guidelines will be a key responsibility.

Risk Management: You will identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that Petaverse operates in a secure and sustainable manner. This involves assessing market risks, competition, and external factors that may impact the company's performance.

Reporting and Accountability: As the CEO, you will be accountable for the overall performance of Petaverse. You will provide regular reports to the board of directors and stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, financial performance, and progress towards strategic goals.

**Qualification**:
1. Executive Leadership Experience: Extensive experience in executive leadership positions within top-tier ecommerce companies, preferably in a relatively high-level position such as Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), or Vice President of Business Development over 15 years. Demonstrated success in driving growth, managing large teams over 100 people, and achieving business objectives such as GMV over hundred million USD.

2. Ecommerce Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the ecommerce industry, particularly in relation to consumer products and online retail. Proven experience in developing and executing ecommerce strategies, managing online sales channels, and optimizing the customer journey to drive revenue and enhance customer experience. Your work experience in top tier companies such as Amazon, Walmart, Alibaba, Tencent would be prioritized to consider.

3. Product Development and Innovation: Strong background in product development and innovation within the ecommerce space. Experience in bringing innovative products to market, utilizing market research and customer insights to drive product development, and implementing effective product launch strategies. You need to have at least 3 products innovation or incubation experience which is from zero to one in any scaled markets.
