**The Responsibilities**
- Prepare and maintain employment records and paperwork for manpower related events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions
- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms
- Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.

**Skill Requirements**
- Prior experience in recruitment preferred
- Minimum diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office

**Other Requirements**
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to think critically and make astute decisions
- Independent and reliable
- Meticulous and able to multi-task

Estimated Salary: $2800 to $3500 monthly

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
