**Primary Duties/Responsibilities**:
**Direct Management of an Operational Team**:

- Develop a performance dashboard for the Operational team and track to necessary key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Achieve on-time delivery of materials, working with suppliers/carriers to book necessary space
- Ensure maintenance of SAP master data for on-time reporting/pricing purposes
- Flex associate workload based upon data to enable a dynamic organization, while ensuring back-ups are in place
**Collaborations with Suppliers/Carriers to Achieve On-Time Delivery of Materials**:

- Central point-of-contact to ensure carrier bookings/follow-up are completed
- Regular operational reviews with key natural rubber suppliers/carriers
**Continuous Process Improvement and Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities throughout raw materials supply chain and internal processes
- Work with the Information Technology (IT) team regarding opportunities to improve work processes
- Lead digitized supply chain opportunities (i.e., Blockchain solutions) for trade documents

Define an operational work plan to enable a dynamic organization and best way to effectively achieve goals/KPIs

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or any related field
- 5 or more years of experience working in well-known multi-national companies
- Relevant work experience in Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Procurement
- Good commercial awareness and familiar with international trade
- Big-picture thinker with attention to details
- Strong communication and influence skills
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
- Able to drive change and take ownership
