**About GLOBALFOUNDRIES**:
**Introduction**:
**We are expanding our Fab Operations and are looking for MTS (Process Integration), As a **Technical leader focusing on new process development and process transfers of new technology from JV partners, customers or TD. **focus on yield improvement, problem solving, process control and continuous improvement. To guide, train and supervise engineers in making decisions to resolve issues**:
**Your Job**:

- **Responsible for process customization and derivatives process projects**:

- **Develop and propagate in depth knowledge on device, process integration and design rules**:

- **Develop and proliferate methodologies for device measurement and analysis**:

- **Develop and improve test structures that enable fast and rigorous characterization of process modules**:

- **Develop and deliver continuous improvement and process control projects**:

- **Lead cross functional projects for process improvement and cost savings**:

- **Deliver transfer projects on schedule and within budget**:

- **Develop and propagate efficient prototyping & corner skew methodology**:

- **Develop and improve technology documents (DR, GR, SPICE, etc)**:

- **Assist manager in enriching team knowledge to support Fab activities**:

- **Provide integration expertise to module engineers for the development of new recipes, continuous improvement activities or troubleshooting equipment problems.**:

- **Responsible for wafer quality to conform to product requirements and have the authority to stop shipment and stop production to correct quality problems.**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- **PhD/Masters/Degree in Microelectronics/Electrical/Electronics/Chemical Engineering or Science in Physics/Material Science or related field**:

- **Minimum 8 years in process integration is required**:

- **Hands-on experience is required on electrical bench testing, data analysis tool, simple FA (SEM) and in-line measurement tools (scope, thickness, CD SEM)**:

- **In-depth understanding of device physics and process integration**:

- **Good understanding of mask making tools (design rule, generation rule, OPC)**:

- **Good understanding of circuit layout and functions**:

- **Good understanding of device simulations (SPICE, IA, TCAD)**:

- **Good understanding of FA principles**:

- **Solid judgment within defined procedures**:

- **Team leadership & project management experience**:

- **Strong analytical, presentation & problem solving skill**:

- **Able to perform under fast paced and challenging environment**:
