The said position is in charge to manage the testing and commissioning activities for the project. He/She is in charge to elaborate the testing strategy and methodology. He/She shall oversee the progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. He/She will be responsible for the safety during testing, for budgeting is activity, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the T&C activities in the project.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee the testing & commissioning activities from beginning to end
- Review and monitor the T&C activity in depth, ensure schedule of all deliverables, budget, planning and cost estimating.
- Write the T&C procedure and prepare the site activities, identifying the risks and issues
- Conduct test procedures and identify technical issues, develop plans to resolve matters that impede progress to minimize delays
- To ensure the tools, plants, materials and equipment are suitable and available for the job.
- Follow-up and manage suppliers or sub-contractors activities on the site, dealing with project issues, changes, risk and quality
- Together with the HSE team, ensure that the testing & commission process is in compliance with WSH regulations (E.g. permit to work, daily toolbox meetings etc)
- Take part in promoting the safety and quality initiatives among the project team
- Work closely with the Drafting team to review as built and BIM drawings
- Regularly review Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders with the Procurement team to ensure that equipment, tools are delivered in time and ready for commissioning
- Report the progress and the risks to the project management, and prepare internal and external reports pertaining to the job status
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field with at least 10 years of experience.
- Proven working experience in T&C management or similar role
- Good knowledge of T&C processes and electrical equipment
- Leadership, initiative and decision minded
- Ability to plan and see the “big picture”
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Competent in conflict and crisis management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Conscientious and rigorous in his work
- Proficient in Excel, PPT & Word.
- Strong knowledge in spoken and written English
