We’re looking for a **technical leader**who can take ownership of our engineering strategy and execution as we scale our AI-powered B2B SaaS platform. This role is for someone who understands the challenges in **fast-moving startups**, the complexities of **B2B SaaS**, and is excited about working with **AI, LLMs, and cloud-native architectures**.

You’ll be responsible for guiding the team, making key architectural decisions, and ensuring we deliver **scalable, high-performance products**that solve real-world problems. If you’ve been leading teams, driving technical strategy, and want to take the next step in your career, this is the opportunity to **own and shape the engineering function**.

**What You’ll Do**

**Technical Leadership & Architecture**
- Own the **technical direction**of our AI-powered SaaS platform, ensuring **scalability, reliability, and performance**.
- Drive **AI and LLM integration**into our product, working closely with data scientists and engineers.
- Make strategic **architecture and technology choices**, balancing innovation with execution speed.
- Ensure **DevOps, MLOps, and security best practices**are embedded in our workflows.

**Team Leadership & Execution**
- Lead, mentor, and grow a **globally distributed engineering team**.
- Establish an **engineering culture of ownership, speed, and technical excellence**.
- Improve **processes for development, deployment, and collaboration**, ensuring teams move fast while maintaining high standards.
- Work cross-functionally with **Product, Sales, and Customer Success**to align technical efforts with business needs.
- Hire and develop top engineering talent, building a team that can **scale with the company**.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **8+ years in software engineering**, with experience leading teams or owning technical decisions.
- **B2B SaaS experience**is essential—you understand the architecture, business models, and customer needs.
- Proven ability to **manage and grow remote teams**in fast-paced environments.
- **Strong engineering skills**:

- Experience with **cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and DevOps/MLOps best practices**.
- **Startup experience**—you’re comfortable wearing multiple hats and navigating ambiguity.

**Nice to Have**
- Background in **e-commerce, fintech, or enterprise SaaS**.
- Experience scaling systems from **MVP to enterprise-grade solutions**.
