- Head Business Solutions is a senior executive/manager responsible for leading and managing the development and implementation of solutions to enhance KTS overall business operations, products, and services.
- Design, develop and implement solutions that align with KTSs’ goals and address specific business needs
- Manage a team of engineers including hardware and software engineers to deliver on business solutions
- Identify opportunities for technology and process improvement to optimise KTS business operations
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including senior management, department heads and external partners, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Complement the Programme Managers in the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects as the Principal Chief Engineer (PCE) of the project, providing technical expertise and support to the project team
- Develop and manage budget for internal solutions projects and allocate resources effectively
- Utilise data and analytics to make informed decisions and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them in the context of design and engineering
- Evaluate, select, and manage third party vendors or technology providers when necessary
- Lead change initiatives within KTS to ensure smooth transition to new solutions and processes
- Ensure that all solutions adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Monitor and assess the performance of implemented solutions
- Provide regular reports and updates to Head KTS on the progress and impact of solutions
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify innovative solutions that can give KTS a competitive edge

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of working experiences in related field
- Preferably with experiences in training simulation
- Good understanding of mechanical and electrical components
- Good leadership skills and project management skills
- Good business acumen, able to understand P&L
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a matrix organisation
