**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

1 Request and plan min Two days in advance for full PPE(if applicable), schedule of SIC, site location and contact Personal on the first day of work.

2 Attend complete orientation, intoduction of superior, JSJD,clear scope of work and necessary drawing or documents on First day of work on site.

3 Able to manage and supervision to 30 (3 foreman)pax of workforce.

4 Manage and monitor the foreman and workers for right attitide, behaviour and manner working at sites.

5 Ensure and understanding in detail Scope of Work, Specifications, Basic Design and project schedule milestones.

6 Ensure and understanding in Equipment details drawing, layout drawings, P&ID drawings and vendor drawings.

7 Read the MSRA for each activities and plan for requirements.

8 Ensure during and after installation of equipment the alignment to be done.

9 Read the ITP ( Inspection and Test Plan ) and make sure construction quality is met.

10 Plan the materials requirement and coordinate with project procurmenet engineer.

11 Attend the project safety site walks and actively involve in safety improvements.

12 Check and monitor the FS ( Field Change Sheet/Design Change ) drawings and update to Project Engineer for additional claims.

13 Conduct daily and weekly site construction meeting with team

14 Check the project required mandatory courses for equipment crew and arrange for trainning in line with training matrix

15 Coordinate with respective trainer and arrange the RFU trainings for each activity and monitor the training records

16 Check and prepared the MTO and manhour for additional works, update to project engineer for VO (variation order ) claim.

17 Ensure the daily PTW for all work activities shall be covered by PTW system

18 Check and ensure all site activates shall ongoing well with quality and safety.

19 Plan and prepare minimum One month in advance Manpower, Material, Machinery as per given task.

20 Prepare min 3 days in advance DWI to delegate to individual crew.

21 Work Progress Update And Mitigation Plan Discussing In Daily Toolbox Meetings and Weekly Meetings.

22 Monitor and Daily update for equipment work status to Field Engineer.

23 Manage & co-ordination of the subcontractors engaged in project at field side

24 Check the integrety construction tools and equipments and arrange the service as required.

25 Update feedback to construction superintendent for the site equipment activates regularly.

26 Upgrade to ownself and attend the relavent industry training continuously to meet the market requirement and have the competancy.

27 Continously monitor and identify the potential equipment crew from workforce, coaching with leadership skills and update to HQ.
