**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer enquiries such as quotation of services and status.
- Coordinate with customers and forwarders on timely collection and delivery of equipment.
- Opening of RMA and registration of items sent in for calibration/repair.
- Preparation of shipping documents and booking of shipments for overseas freight.
- Monitoring and follow up of overseas transshipment.

Qualifications:

- A recognized Diploma Cert or equivalent.
- Able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess good time management skillset.
- Enjoys working in a customer facing environment.
- Possess problem solving skillset.
- Fluent in Chinese & English language.
- Excellent written and telephone communication skills.
- Familiar in using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel is necessary.
- Experienced in using Oracle, SAP ERP systems is preferred.
