**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supervise and oversee the sequencial activities of Precommissioning Activities such as Preparation Testing and Reinstatement devices and tools, Locating them in the store and in the lay down, Pressure Testing, Flange Alignment, Punch Clearing, Reinstatement,System Walk Down with Main Contractor and Client, Master Punch Clearing, and Hand Over.
- Aggregate project ITP test records into systems/subsystems.
- Create and update project system turnover log based on the commissioning system matrix
- Provide custody transfers for system turnovers to client
- Update project master punchlist for turnovers and substantial completion of systems
- Record, circulate and monitor all drawings/documents received from the contractors, construction coordinators, Quality department, engineering office, and/or vendors.
- Prepare transmittals of drawings/documents for submission to the contractors and commissioning team
- Track and maintain an index of all documents completed during system walkdowns
- Coordinate with field supervisor to issuance of punch list & completion status
- Communicating with Project Engineer / QC engineer to validate and document all changes and highlight to PM for changes that shall involve additional works
- Monitor & assign Line checkers for line walkdown
- Set out detailed works as per the contract drawings,Test Packs, ensuring checks are carried out on a regular basis
- Ensure timely communicate with Quality team for NDE clearences as per system mark up
- Punch list control & drive untill end
- Submit Punch List Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report
- 16 Mechanical completion & System handover dossier prepration & review
- Ensure work is delivered defect/snag free
- Monitoring project progress and performance
- Providing status reports to the management regularly
- Update and report daily progress status and lookahead minimum 3days plan with Supervisor
- To accurate and timely setting out of the works
- Timely handover of works and Quality records without outstanding defects.
- Attend Daily or Weekly Progress Meeting with Main Contractor and Client along with CM/PM.
- To complete the work as per daily targets.
- Meeting the project requirements and following the standards.
- To complete the project as per committed schedule and budget.
- To work safely without compromise to complete the project safetly and high quality without rework.
- To meet and achieve Customer Satisfaction.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Field engineering: 5 years (preferred)
