Our client specializes in controls design, including conveyor controls, tooling controls, process controls, vision system integration, and UL-certified control systems is in search of **Quality Technician - West** **Responsibilities** - Review each circuit of the schematic to ensure proper wiring, confirming correct separation of voltages, communication, main power, and any accessory outlets. - Verify that all parts match the Bill of Materials (BOM). - Perform point-to-point continuity tests to ensure correct wiring. - Check the correct wire gauge and colour. - Inspect all labels, sit-track tags, for proper placement, accuracy, and cleanliness. - Verify the paint colour and ensure no damage to the paint job. - Document any discrepancies on the corrective action sheet and inform the appropriate team leader for necessary corrections. - After repairs, recheck and verify that corrections are complete, initial the "checked by" box on the corrective action sheet. - Sign off in the "QC checked by" box for the quality inspector on the QA sheet. - Release the enclosure for dock audit and prepare it for shipment to the customer. **Requirements**: - Minimum Nitec and above or its equivalent - Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics preferred - Knowledge of controls design preferred. - Ability to work both independently and within a team EA License No: 12C6254 | EA Personnel Registration No: R1879665
