Quality Technician Job Responsibilities:

Maintains quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and outgoing/finished products as well as recording quality results.

Quality Technician Job Duties:

  • Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications
  • Conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials, returning products for re-work.
  • Approves in-process production by confirming specifications
  • Make quality inspection report
  • Inputting data into quality database using Track Via.
  • Keeps measurement and microscope equipment operating by following operating instructions and calling for repairs.
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
  • Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Reports to Quality Manager

Quality Technician Skills and Qualifications:

  • Report writing and documentation Skills, Great judgement skills, Analyzing information, Promoting Process Improvement, Safety Management, Managing Processes, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Supports Innovation, Knows Quality Tools
  • Candidate must possess at least NITEC in Others or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance/Process inspection or equivalent
