Attend, prospect, and promote sales of jewellery products and services to walk-in customers.
- Manage customers' feedback, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
- Ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction by providing good customer service and assistance.
- Monitor AR aging report and follow up with collections for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Perform account reconciliations and collections.
- Assist the Branch Manager in providing leadership to the operation.
- Assists manager in efforts to reach profit, performance, and customer service goals.
- Oversees retailer and operations services, especially customer service, to ensure excellence.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Management, or a related field.
- Previous working experience will be advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Strong work ethics.

**Job Objective**

Responsible for supporting the Manager and various departmengts as assigned. You will be assigned to a defferent roles every quarter (3 months) within the company, which included retail operations, administrative and finance department.

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Service skill: 1 year (preferred)
