The Trainee will be an active member of the Wealth and Financial Planning Team, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. The program aims to provide comprehensive, hands-on experience and training to prepare the individual for a potential transition into a full-time role within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the team with daily operational duties and departmental tasks.
  • Contribute to key team projects, taking ownership of smaller, defined components.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as drafting reports, creating presentations, and conducting market research.
  • Participate actively in all seminars, workshops, and induction programs.
  • Apply theoretical knowledge to real-world business challenges and projects.
  • Take advantage of a role rotation plan to gain a holistic view of the company and various functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance).
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common organizational goals.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders professionally, including clients or professional partners.
  • Develop and deliver presentations on project findings or business recommendations.
  • Identify and propose solutions for process improvements or innovative approaches to challenges.
  • Network with colleagues and senior leaders to build professional
