- Well versed with the beverage prices, bottle prices and all beverage policies.
- Assist to make recommendation for alcoholic and non alcoholic beverage (including wine and cocktail) to customers
- Conduct inventory daily at end of day and ensure that all stocks are accounted for
- Ensure all bar equipment is in good working conditions and maintain cleanliness of front and back areas of bar
- Display and maintain a calm, professional and pleasant persona
- Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment
- Take guest’s order, provides suggestive selling and repeating of orders. Have a full knowledge of the menu.
- Well-versed in handling all credit card, cash or room charge transaction in the bar.
