About the team
The Flow Product Research & Development team focuses on researching the implementation of artificial intelligence-related businesses. Currently, we have implemented Artificial intelligence-related innovative products and corresponding bot development platforms. Our business and team are rapidly growing.
We are looking for an exceptional R&D leader / engineer who possesses a deep understanding of programming language semantics. You will be driving cutting-edge research and pushing the boundaries of machine learning. The challenges we tackle are far from the typical technical issues you encounter every day. Instead, you will be part of a team that pioneers solutions for entirely new and unprecedented challenges that haven't been addressed by major tech companies. We operate on an unprecedented scale and speed, making a global impact, and you will be instrumental in this endeavour.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead the team to be responsible for the front-end development work of compliance, online operation and maintenance, and end experience related to bot platform businesses.
3. Create modular and reusable components and features.
4. Prioritize rendering performance to ensure a superior user experience on a highly interactive platform.
5. Continuously improve front-end design and implementation processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
7. Collaborate with product design, product management, and software engineering teams to deliver top-notch user experiences.
8. Be responsible for the recruitment and management of the Singapore frontend development team.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or other STEM disciplines.
2. At least 3 years of leadership experience in managing a team and getting excellent results, with the ability to discover and solve various problems faced by the development of the team in a timely manner.
3. Proficient in front-end engineering with proven experience in JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, CSS, React, and packaging frameworks such as Webpack, Rollup, Babel, AST, Gulp.
4. Familiar with essential concepts like functional and asynchronous programming, closures, types, layouts, specificity, animation, cross-browser compatibility, data security, and accessibility.

2. Agile and quick to learn, highly self-motivated with a strong sense of product ownership and a creative problem-solving ability.
4. Effective collaborator and team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced, culturally diverse, and globally distributed team environment.
5. Contributions to open-source projects.
