Lead, contribute and oversee detailed design and construction supervision of building mechanical services for commercial, industrial, infrastructure and institutional building projects.
- Lead the team to deliver, project management, relationship management and technical design responsibilities.
- Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders on projects starting from concept stage, design, contract documentation, authority submissions, site administration to project completion.
- Help support the seamless integration of all other building disciplines and sectors at project level across the organisation.
- Assist in providing mentoring and development of junior mechanical/building services engineers.
- Contribution to technical development within the team.
- Registered Professional Engineer (Mechanical) with the Professional Engineers Board in Singapore.
- Highly proficient with local regulatory and code requirements and has active participation with local industry regulatory bodies.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with proven experience in reasoning and presenting a convincing argument
- Strong client facing acumen
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills
- Have a keen interest and enthusiasm for sustainability
- Be open to new ideas and innovation
- Advocate and drive the use of digital solutions

Required qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and or related field
