HR & Project Assistance

**What you'll be doing**
- Providing administrative assistance to the HR team, including managing employee records, processing payroll, and coordinating staff onboarding and offboarding
- Supporting project management activities, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, and tracking project milestones
- Assisting with the coordination of training and development initiatives for employees
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Performing various office management duties, including ordering supplies, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems
**What we're looking for**
- At least 1 years of experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably in the HR or project management field
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work independently and proactively to support the needs of the business
