The Asia Business Unit currently oversees 12 markets across Asia: India West & South, India North & East, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei, Vietnam, Philippines, Hong Kong, Korea and Taiwan. The Team Administrator is responsible for supporting the Asia Business Unit Head and the functional leads based in Singapore which includes Strategy & Insights, Marketing & Menu, as well as Finance.
**Administrative Responsibilities**:
- Consolidation of Monthly updates in conjunction with the functional leads
- Coordinate conference calls & catch-up meetings for teammates
- Assist with setup of ABU Annual Planning meeting and any other meetings as instructed
- Phase 1 meeting, logistics & organization in conjunction with Key team members (Incl Budget control)
**PA Responsibilities**:
- Prepare CONCUR Expenses Reports for ABU Lead and the functional leads
- Arrange and book travel reservations, hotel accommodation & ground transportation for the above 3 members
- Update planners/calendars for Asia Business Unit Team
- Collecting and compilation of information and data
**KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS**:
- Teammates and colleagues at the office
- Coordinators and personal assistants in the IDL Segment, other Business Units, global functions, and local markets
**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous & detailed oriented
Experience in providing administrative support to a team environment
- Good communication skills, team player with positive attitude
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize projects and work under tight timeline
- Problem solver; curious, willing and able to learn quickly, can think on their feet, proactive nature, solution provider
- Strong learning agility and acquire new skills to improve job efficiency and effectiveness
- Experience in organizing regional events/meetings
- High level of competency using MS Office. Experience in using Microsoft 365 especially One Drive, Sharepoint & Teams is an advantage.
