Programme Administration Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle course registrations, scheduling, and enrolment administration.
- Assist trainers and facilitators with course preparation and logistics.
- Maintain accurate participant records and training documentation.
- Support post-training processes such as certification issuance and feedback collection.
- Communicate with clients and participants to provide timely updates and support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with training requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in any relevant field.
- 2-5 years' experience in any training institutions, enrolment coordination, or related roles.
- Comfortable working with blue collar workers.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with training software or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
