You will be responsible for coordinating course enrolments, managing participant records, liaising with trainers and clients, and ensuring smooth delivery of training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle course registrations, scheduling, and enrolment administration.
  • Assist trainers and facilitators with course preparation and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate participant records and training documentation.
  • Support post-training processes such as certification issuance and feedback collection.
  • Communicate with clients and participants to provide timely updates and support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with training requirements.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in any relevant field.
  • 2-5 years' experience in any training institutions, enrolment coordination, or related roles.
  • Comfortable working with blue collar workers.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with training software or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
