HR Executive

Handling payroll matters
- Manage day-to-day employee-related issues
- Manage on-boarding and departure of employees
- Manage all matters involving government organisations including the Labour Department (Ministry of Manpower) and other affiliated organisations
- Manage employees’ insurance claims and workmen compensation (WICI)
- Prepare all employment-related reports as required by directors for internal and external use
- Update and maintain employee records, including employment contracts, personal information, and other documents
- Exercise sound understanding of the Employment Law in order to make sure all HR procedures are executed properly and in no violation to the statutory requirements
- Manage employee leaves, including sick leaves and annual leaves
- Staff welfare management
- Crisis management with prompt solutions provided and reports provided for higher management
- Execute all other tasks as instructed by HR Director/ Senior Manager
**Pre-Requisites**:
- Diploma, Bachelor's / Honours in any discipline can be considered, preferably in the field of human resources management, finance or business administration.
- Knowledge of MOM statutory requirements required
- At least 3 years of working experience needed for this position, preferably in construction industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills preferred
- Strong organisation skills with attention to detail preferred
- Knowledge of pass issuance process for foreign employees preferred
- Strong work ethics when handling confidential matters, skilled in people management and negotiation
