The Senior Beauty therapist will provide a full range of first-class facial treatment services to customers that exceed their expectations and lead to repeat visits. The Senior Beauty therapist reports to the Spa Manager.

Job Scopes & Responsibilities:

- To provide first class facial and able to administer massage and body treatment in a courteous and memorable manner.
- Listen, understand, and accurately diagnose skin care needs of clients, then recommend the most suitable treatments.
- To manage treatment time effectively, without compromising treatment quality.
- To step up and handle customers’ queries and complains, based on standard guidelines in a courteous manner.
- To promote and conceptually link sell treatment products within the spa.
- To cooperate with the Customer Service and managers on instructions.
- To clean and prepare treatment rooms and beds before and after each customer and to always ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment rooms.
- To adhere to instructions given by the management concerning the use of products and amenities.
- To keep up to date on all current activities and promotional programs of the spa and effectively communicate to customers.
- To help in on-going promotions and to assist in services, products sales.
- To ensure the standard of the services and facilities are always met.
- To submit job reports on a timely manner to the Manager.
- To administer customer feedback (form) and promptly submit to the Manager.
- To ensure all confidential information is safeguarded.
- To assist management in providing feedback for treatment development, sales & promotion matters, customer feedbacks, etc.
- To assist management in coaching and mentoring younger staff.
- To obliged and adhere to the company’s rules and regulations as stated in the Employee Handbook to set example to the more junior staff.
