Job Scope:
As an assistant therapist, you will be trained in managing the beauty shop's daily operations. You will also be trained on how to use the equipment in the shop so as to better provide customers a good service.

Your responsibilities include:
1) To learn about the company operations and understand the company different workflow and the usage of different slimming, beauty machine that is in the shop itself.

2) To learn how to differentiate different types of product and learn about the product knowledge so as to recommend the right product to customers.

3) To learn and differentiate the different types of procedure required for different treatments and able to rectify the current fault with customer's issue when it comes to beauty consultation.

4) To learn about sales preach and negotiating skills while doing treatment for customers to provide the best advise for customers so that customers will trust the company.

5) To learn and assist the senior therapist in providing treatment to customers so as to provide the right tools that is required for different type of treatment when it comes to skincare

6) To learn about the basic hygenic procedures such as short nails, wearing a mask for the treatment for customers so as to provide a clean and safe environment for customers to be in.
