We’re looking for a results-driven **Marketing Specialist**who understands the nuances of the construction world and can help us communicate the value of what we do to clients, partners, and the industry.

**Position Overview**

As our **Marketing Specialist**, you’ll lead branding, communications, and business development marketing efforts tailored to our niche in scaffolding, rebar, and structural civil services. Your job will be to elevate our visibility in a highly competitive market through strategic content, targeted campaigns, and strong proposal support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies specific to scaffolding, rebar, and civil structure services
- Create technical marketing content such as case studies, capability statements, and project profiles
- Manage RFQ/RFP responses in coordination with estimating and business development teams
- Maintain a database of project photography, certifications, safety metrics, and jobsite achievements
- Coordinate trade show participation and represent the company at key industry events
- Track lead generation, campaign performance, and client engagement metrics.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Someone with 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in construction or the trades
- Comfortable talking with field crews and turning that into clear, sharp messaging
- Solid writing and design skills you know how to explain what we do without fluff
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office

**Bonus Points**
- You’ve worked with or marketed for a scaffolding, concrete, steel, or industrial service company
- Experience with construction bids, proposals, and RFPs
- Familiar with safety standards, certifications, and industry terms
- Comfortable shooting photos or short video clips on-site (PPE provided)
