Senior Executive, Strategic Planning

**Description**
As a Senior Executive, you will assist your Manager in planning ahead for KSL’s future growth, taking into account national directives, ground data and feedback from KSL’s stakeholders. You will work closely with Corporate Services team to ensure that KSL secures the resources it needs, based on its manpower and funding projections. You will also facilitate discussion among KSL’s stakeholders to set KSL’s overall outcomes, indicators and targets. In addition, you will drive efforts to enhance KSL’s corporate governance efforts.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategy Planning**:To assist in conducting futures planning (inclusive of manpower and budget projections) for KidSTART programme. To review programme effectiveness of KidSTART, highlighting implications on programme design and operational policy. To coordinate reporting of KSL’s key performance indicators at various reporting platforms.
- **Policies Review**:To assist in developing and reviewing policies related to the funding and contract management of KSL service providers.
- **Targets Setting**:To facilitate discussions on target-setting and outcomes-tracking for KSL.
- **Corporate Governance**:To have oversight of KSL’s corporate governance measures and ensure that these are aligned with the principles and guidelines spelt out in the Code of Governance issued by the Charity Council. To work with KSL’s stakeholders also comply with these corporate governance measures where relevant.
**Competencies**
- Strong administrative, facilitation and communication skills with a proven track record in strategic planning, policy development, manpower and budget projections.
- At least 6 years working experience in the social service, non-profit or community sectors.
- Familiarity with systems thinking, community development approaches and/or the early childhood landscape will be an advantage.
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills; exercises initiative and displays innovation in coming up with solutions.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment.
- Confident, effective and collaborative team-player with strong interpersonal skills.
