Singapore Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau Full time

**What the role is**
- The Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB) is a Government agency under the Prime Minister’s Office responsible for the investigation and prevention of corruption in Singapore. It ensures that zero tolerance towards corruption is maintained, and Singapore remains corruption-free. CPIB welcomes motivated individuals who are keen to contribute to the Bureau's mission and duty.

**What you will be working on**
- The Planning, Research and Corporate Relations Division oversees strategic and corporate planning, research and development, corporate communications and media management functions of the Bureau. It also oversees corruption prevention and outreach to the public. You will be part of the Strategic Planning Branch which drives efforts and initiatives relating to Organisational Development, Learning Organisation, Corporate Planning and Change Management. As Executive/Senior Executive (Strategic Planning), you will be responsible for (but not limited to): - [Corporate Performance Management]: Planning and organising corporate planning activities such as management retreats and workplan seminars, and working with internal stakeholders on resource management efforts to ensure optimal use of budget and manpower resources. - [Change Management]: Develop and implement effective internal communications and engagement initiatives such as organising townhalls and designing written communications. - [Learning organisation and organisational development]: Culture-building efforts which includes engaging the leadership team to build desired leadership and organisation culture. - [Diagnosis and Feedback]: Work with internal and external stakeholders to plan and implement surveys to measure public perception and employee engagement, and recommend post-survey follow-ups.
