**What the role is**

**What you will be working on**
- Plan, conceptualise, strategize, develop, architect, initiate, lead and manage the delivery of multiple, large and complex infrastructure services.
- Drive new ICT Infra technologies that will force multiply MHA’s capabilities and operational processes.
- Design and deliver an agile, resilient and secure MHA ICT Infrastructure environment to allow the continuously delivering of new capabilities.
- Build, develop and maintain a repository of common services, software components and tools that can be used and re-used across the enterprise to co-develop and co-create new capabilities quickly.
- Endorse key ICT Infrastructure system design and configuration changes in MHA networks.
- Architecting and designing riding on Zero Trust Architecture principles for the following areas:

- Networking (e.g. SDN, WAN, LAN)
- Core infra services (e.g. Directory Services, DNS, DHCP, NTP, NAC)
- Endpoint solutioning (e.g. EPP, device management)
- Publishing and promoting industry best practices
- Industry collaboration to build ecosystem of partners and capabilities.
- Continuous landscape review of disruptive and new technologies.
- Identification of relevant and transformative technologies to meet MHA’s operational needs.
- Develop/Review ICT Infrastructure plans, policies, standards and conops for direct ICT infrastructure adoption.
- Staff development and management
- Any other tasks as assigned

**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or relevant disciplines and professional certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Microsoft Certified Azure Solution Architect.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification would be an advantage.
- Minimally 10 years of relevant working experience, including a minimum 5 years in a leadership position.
- In-depth technical experience and knowledge in either of the following area:

- Networking especially in Local Area Network (wired and wireless), Wide Area Network, 4G/5G, DWDM and Software Defined Network.
- Architecting, plan and delivery of projects in the technology area of Enterprise Infrastructure management, common services/solutions (AD/DNS, DHCP, Software Deployment etc) and endpoint. These technology areas can be physical, virtualised and/or cloud-based.
- Strong planning and project management skills. Able to reconcile immediate operational needs with long-term strategic goals and taking into account differing views of various stakeholder to get buy-in for the adopted approaches.
- Strong interest in technology and innovation.
- Competent, self-motivated, pro-active, dedicated and responsible as well as having the ability to work independently without the need for close supervision. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Good communication and people skills in dealing with both internal customers, as well as external parties such as vendors

All new appointees will be appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance.
