As a Data leader, your main duty will be to drive the Data vision & strategy for Decathlon SG and its implementation. As we open new business models, your role will be to drive change in the way Decathlon teams have worked and connect science with business. You will partner with all teams (E-commerce, marketing, supply, offer, finance, operations, sports ) and influence their decision making thanks to your expertise. You will need business relatability and analytical skills to succeed.

**Your role**:

- Manage and develop a team of data analysts, engineers and scientists.
- Strategic thinking, planning and testing
- Define the data strategy for Decathlon SG, including large scale analytics programs, projects related to data models, data management, visualization and reporting.
- Conceive, plan, prioritize data projects and align them with Decathlon SG acceleration ambition
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Share the power of data and automation through the teams
- Support teams in identifying opportunities in their field to support Decathlon's ambitious growth plan
- Leverage the data learnings and initiatives of other Decathlon countries
- Represent Decathlon SG Data team within the Decathlon Group and outside of the company

**Requirements**:

- Passion for sports
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in project management, team development, data science, product management in Digital industry, and/or an all rounded retail and distribution framework.
- Strong business acumen, excellent presentation and communication skills to share your expertise with teams
- Clear understanding of data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or similar field with experience on the business side
- Strong knowledge in one or several Data Science languages: Proficiency in SQL, Python and R; Experience in AWS (S3, Redshift)
- Strong in spoken & written English
